TKJ - Scarecrow

Hello~

This week we have a new challenge at The Kraft Journal this week - Scarecrow. I had the perfect image in my fall stash.
I began this card with a base of Brown Kraft Cardstock onto which I pieced together some fall papers I had leftover in my scrap box. I took a length of crochet trim and added that to the top of the papers. I stamped Happy in brown ink to the upper left corner. I took a length of Ivory Bias Tape vertically around the right side of the card front tying off in a bow embellishing with a fall leaf button laced with Hemp Cord which was also used to attached the Round Metal Edge Grungy Tag which I stamped Fall.  Using Brown Kraft Cardstock, I die-cut a scallop rectangle (with a Spellbinders die) to frame the scarecrow image and added to the card for completion.
 Other products used
Stamps: PTI Wreath for all seasons
Crochet Trim: AC Moore
Button: Ben Franklin

Please be sure to head over to the The Kraft Journal to check out the projects by the other talented ladies.  We hope to see your Scarecrow creations in the gallery this week for your chance to be featured on our "Feature me Friday" post as well as be entered to win a $15.00 gift voucher from The Kraft Outlet store.

Have a fantastic start to your week!
~Tammy~
