PINK and it compliments so well with black.
Here is the inspiration album I chose

Off The Wall Craftiness Challenge #31 Batty about You!

Batty about You!
It's another fun week over at
Off The Wall Craftiness!
I have worked on my Halloween Cards for weeks,
and as I have stated in previous post I have also
challenged myself to work from my scrap
pile and to bring to life some of my
stamp sets I have not used in awhile.
 My sentiment is from
The Angel Company and my cute bat is
from Stampin' UP! Bitty Boots. It is retired, but
you can still find this set on Ebay.
I let my son join in the fun and tell me where to
stamp my bat for the background (with VersaMark). He would point and I would
stamp. He would giggle because he couldn't really see it. I told
him it would be magic he would have to trust me. Once
I heat embossed it he was amazed. I wish I could
keep him this little forever!!!
Here is our beautiful
inspirational photo.
The colors to play with this week are Orange, White and Black
This week's sponsor is Your Next Stamp. Go to
more information and be sure to check out the rest of the
Design Team's creations.
Are you going to play with these fun colors?
I can't wait to see what you create!
Happy Halloween!
~Tammy~

DeNami Design Theme Challenge #4

Mele Kalikimaka Everyone!
I am posting a seasonally
festive submission
I stamped the Solid Decorative Crest in
my Glue Pad and stamped in the
middle of my doily and sprinkled
on my red glitter. I stamped
my mat stack die in
I then laced it with ribbon and tied a
bow and added a button for a finishing touch.
I used extra thick foam mounting tape
to make it pop off the polka dotted
mat stack die.
A few cards back I got a
lot of compliments on my ribbon panel
so I made one and added some
green rhinestones and pearls.
The patterned paper is from
Design Cuts with a View Christmas Collection!
I hope you enjoyed this festive little number!
Now I am off to make a Halloween treat for
my son's Therapist! Tis the Season!
Warm aloha!

Just Us Girls Color Challenge #55 Happy Birthday

Hello There~
I am participating in a new challenge
(for me),  over at Just Us Girls
but when I saw this elegant
color combo I wanted to participate.
It's black, cream, and kraft.
How can you go wrong with such
elegance I ask?
I have been hoarding this paper for months, but
I decided to finally use it! I just LURVE it!
It's by Jillibean Soup called Black Macaroni.
I now wish I would have bought more!
We are so limited in Hawaii with supplies.
I thought an elegant card called for
an elegant stamp, so I used my
I added some black Rhinestones to the Crest.
I created a ruffled ribbon at the bottom
of course adding rhinestones for
a nice finishing touch!
I stamped a running Happy Birthday border across my
card panel and popped my crest up with foam mounting tape.
Thanks for taking a peek today!
Warm aloha!
~Tammy~
Edited Note: Many have asked how to make
this ruffled ribbon. I learned this technique a
long time ago using sticy strip and "scrunch" style
but I am going to share a link with you that
Paulina, at DeNami Designs, shared with me
that is much easier. Please check it out here!
Nami makes it look so easy.

The Play Date Cafe Challenge PDCC51

This weeks colors at
are much softer and cooler!
So, I was drawn to make
another Christmas card
since it was cooler tones.

I built a snowman as my focal point from the
fabulous Snowy Wishes set by Wilson Designs.
I added some rhinestones to make
his "buttons" pop! I paper pieced
his hat for some extra color!
I hope you have a fabulous week!
Warm aloha!

EBTKS Challenge #25

Do you ever just love it when things sort of fall in place
you weren't planning on?
Who doesn't?
I am able to play in the EBTKS Challenge because of it!
Normally when I work on holiday cards I usually
stamp one layout and then do assembly style and
my friends and family pretty much get the same card.
This year I am all over the place with my cardmaking.
I have been working on cards when I can
and mixing it up. I am also challenging myself to try and work out of
my scrap pile to get that knocked down a bit, so my cards
are going to vary this year. Which has been really fun!
Having said all that, this is one of the cards I came up with
using my scraps and it so turns out it pretty closely matches the EBTKS
challenge. It sort of freaked me out
when I saw some of the postings
in my google reader this morning. Not a perfect
match, but I march to the
beat of my own drum anyway! What can I say,
I love it when things fall in place!
Love the fun that embossing and bling offers!
Again, love working with scraps....fun, easy and
a quick card!

Have a wonderful Saturday!
