The Kraft Journal 107 - Seeing Red

Happy Monday Morning Sweet Blog Friends!
It's a new challenge at The Kraft Journal!!! "Seeing Red" I started with a base of Buff Ivory Cover Weight Cardstock onto which I layered a piece of red patterned paper from GCI Studios.  Next, I added a patterned paper heart border to the bottom of my card base using the same coordinating paper pad. A doily was dyed with some red distressed inks adding some patterned paper to the center. A Town Square Journaling Card by Jenni Bowlin was adhered to the base adding a sweet Vintage Valentine image from my stash to the center of the frame.

A fussy seam binding bow was created and embellished with a button, Natural Hemp Cord and two Garnet stick pins .  To complete this very red Valentine card, a Paper Sweeties sentiment With Love was stamped using a Jenni Bowlin Chipboard Flag paired with a coordinating Flag Banner Sticker

Stop by The Kraft Journal to see what the other designers did this week for the "Seeing RED challenge.  All of our followers who participate in our challenges for the month of February have a chance to be featured in the "Feature me Friday" post as well as be entered to win a voucher for The Kraft Outlet.

I am joining in at Shopping out Stash: Valentine, Red, Hearts, Love. My Valentine Papers I have had For-EVER!!!! and my Vintage Valentine Image as well.
