The Kraft Journal 108 - Anything But A Card

Hello dear friends!

It's Monday and we have a new challenge at The Kraft Journal"Anything But A Card," with Valentine's Day this week, I created some delicious Valentine Smores treats.

I started by die-cutting 6 scalloped hearts from Lunch Bag Kraft Text Paper onto which I layered 6 pink hearts with the sentiment. Using Lunch Bag Kraft cardstock, I die-cut 6 flowers and ran it through the crimper adding die-cut buttons to the center with Black Baker's Twine and assembled the tags. A small hole was punched in the center of the heart onto which Black Baker's Twine was used to tie the goodies together. To tie in the Valentine theme, I had some xoxo ribbon in my stash to create a pretty bow at the top.
I made these for my son to give to a few of his friends. Not too happy that they are pink, but that is what he gets for having a girly girl Mom who is sweet enough to embrace his daily dose of "all boy"!

Please be sure to head over to the The Kraft Journal to check out the projects by the other gals.  We hope to see your Anything But A Card Project in the gallery this week for your chance to be featured on our "Feature me Friday" post as well as be entered to win a $15.00 gift voucher from The Kraft Outlet store.
