I am tooting to say I have to pat myself on the back that I was able to make a quick card! This doesn't come easy to me, but I did it again! I think that is twice in one week!
I was inspired by the current Paper Smooches Trend Watch photo and I had an instant idea.
A negative was formed from my Lunch Bag Kraft cardbase. A tree was die-cut from some green cardstock and added to some patterned paper. A swirl accent from Paper Smooches Reflections in a fun random way was added around the tree branches for a modern feel. Foam adhesive was added to the front corners of the patterned paper and added to the inside of the card base.
An eyelet border in pumpkin orange was added just below the focal window. A sentiment from Pretty Phrases was stamped in the lower portion in fall colors which is sure to be pleasing to the eye. For a final finishing touch, I took a length of green baker's twine and wrapped around the top of the card front several times and tied off in a bow.
As mentioned, I am joining in the Paper Smooches Sparks Trend Watch Challenge!
Sorry to make this short today, I am due to the short stack's class to volunteer. To top it off, I am feeling under the weather as it is! Blah!
I do hope you have a blessed weekend!
