Tuesday Morning Sketches - With Sympathy

Happy Friday!

What an incredible long and crazy week for me. Actually, for the past month and half, I don't think I have been home more than to lay my head down at night. My craft room has seen the start and stop of so many projects. Then my camera reader stopped working, so I have not been able to take pictures of my work and family events, but I have not been able to get them off my camera...ugh.

Unfortunately, I have had to make a sympathy card for one of my husband's co-workers. Actually within a span of a week, two co-workers lost their father's unexpectedly.  I still have another to make. So sad.

I followed the sketch at Tuesday Morning Sketches this week for inspiration.  Of course in the middle of working (during the day thank goodness) we lost power. They are doing some work in the area. I could see, but we don't have the best light in this house.
The sentiment is from My Craft Spot: Jar Full of Flowers.
I "glittered Up" this pretty chipboard butterfly I had in my stash. Before I gave it some sparkle, I added some Glimmer Mist to it for color. I added a length of crochet trim and seam binding for finishing touches.

As mentioned, inspiration was found at Tuesday Morning Sketches
I am also sharing at:

I hope you have a wonderful day and start to your weekend! Thanks for coming by!
