The Shabby Tea Room - Labor Of Love

Hi everyone!

This month I have the pleasure and honor of guest designing for The Shabby Tea Room.   Today we have a gorgeous inspirational photo for you called Labor of Love! For the challenge,  you will need to use the colors in the photo and include a banner.

Here is what I have created for you today!
Here is the inspiration.

As you can see, I was totally inspired by the photograph! The best part is I shopped my scrap stash for every last piece for this number! Most of the papers I used here were pieces leftover from invites I created for my son's birthday party last fall. The blue stripped paper is by Lush and it's just that.....velour stripes! Yummy!

The banner is made from pieces and parts as well as a page from an old vintage book. The fence was created using a cereal box headed for the recycling bin. I added some white paint and sanded it to give a worn look.

Please be sure to stop by The Shabby Tea Room to see the beautiful inspiration they have for you!  Thank you to Debbie for having me guest design this month!

I am joining over at Pixie's Crafty Snippet Challenge to play on the monkey bars! Also at The Pink Elephant - Use Patterned Paper.
Hope you have a wonderful crafty week!

Congrats on your GDT call. Your take on the picture is fab. Mind the big hole in the playground that has appeared out of nowhere.
