I love anything to do with the beach and this beautiful inspiration photo we have for you this week makes me sigh!
Here is my card today!
My buttons are showing up more aqua/green, but they are from PTI Ocean Tides which is more of a lighter sea blue. I think my camera flash has thrown it off a bit.
This heart started off as a Trader Joe's cracker box. I cut it with my cricut and and embossed to add texture and finished with painting it Vintage Cream and sanded for a weathered look. Some coarse glitter was added giving more texture.
A postage tag which has had the edges distressed was added above the doily and patterned papers. The vintage image was adhered at a slight angle to provide more visual interest. A fussy seam binding bow, twine and button were added to the top of the tag along with two Nautilus stick pins. A pennant banner was added to the top! The final finishing touches include some blue flowers and buttons.
Further inspiration was found at The City Crafter Challenge: Buttons Buttons Buttons use 5 or more buttons. I have used 9

omygosh I love it! Teal nautilus pins? That's just awesome. Love the fun vintage girl - look at those cheeks! - and I so want to go to the inspiration photo. I just want to crawl into it, lol. I love this card, and I'm so glad to have you playing in Paradise with us again :)
