It's another bi-weekly challenge at The Ribbon Reel. It's Zuzana's turn to host this week and we have a theme of "Spring Roses" based on the inspiration photo using the colors create a card/project using YELLOW & PINK plus RIBBON & FLOWER & LACE/TWINE.
I started with a white card base onto which I layered some blue patterned paper as well as anwhite embossed paper panel to the card base. Next I added a length of crochet trim where the papers meet. Taking a prompt from the inspiration photograph, I stamped DeNami Designs Birthday Cake, Pedestal, and Happy Birthday sentiment on a panel and distressed the edges and rounding the top corners for a decorative touch.
A fussy white seam binding bow embellished with a beautiful pink rose paired with a Natural Twine double bow was added to the side of the panel. Three beautiful yellow roses were added to the cake to complete the look.
